Hello and Gia Sou!

A hobby that started twenty years ago has morphed into a bit of an obsession over the years. Being a Greek Australian and having lived in both countries throughout my life, I love traveling and connecting with each country.

No matter how amazing a landscape is,  it is the feelings and emotions it triggers in me that I try capture.  As you browse my gallery, I hope you can feel that too.

Signature Edition Prints

All prints are hand signed by me!

I would like people around the world to enjoy my work. I sign each edition personally and also provide a letter of authenticity to accompany the print for your records.

Why don't I do Limited Edition Prints?

I do not limit the number of my prints. In a world of film photography and dark room labs, I can understand limiting your prints to a small number, to preserve quality and reproduction authenticity. However in today's world of digital printing, my personal view is that limiting an image to a small edition number of 10, 20 or 100, is purely a marketing strategy to create exclusivity and thus artificially inflate the selling price of an image.

Award Winning

It is nice to be recognized by your peers through awards and competitions. I also entered some competitions a few years back. I started to win some recognition for some of my images, like the one of the right titled "Dedication".

However I decided to stop entering competitions soon after.  I found that they drive me to take a certain type of photo to try to win a prize. I did not enjoy the experience.

Today I rarely enter competitions and am happy for someone to enjoy my capture because of their own personal reasons, rather than because I won an award somewhere. I know it was the right decision because I am enjoying my photography more than ever!
